       INDIVIDUAL allows unlimited golf 7 days a week.

       FAMILY allows unlimited golf and includes two individual Memberships.  There is an additional fee of
       $150 for each Junior family member (under 18 years of age) or Student family member (18-22 years of
       age).  All family members must be related and living in the same residence.

       TWILIGHT is the perfect solution for those who can only play after 3:00 p.m., but like to play often and
       be a Shattuck Member.  League players should take advantage of this category, which allows golf any
       day of the week after 3:00 p.m.  This will pay for your league time and you can still play more!

       JUNIOR Memberships are available to individuals 17 years old and under.  STUDENT Memberships
       are available to individuals 18 to 22 years old with Student I.D. card**.  Juniors’ and Students’ tee times
       on weekends and holidays are not allowed until after 3:00 p.m.  The regular weekend greens fee rate will
       be charged for play before 3:00 p.m.  **(Copy of Student ID card must be included with this application.)

       INDIVIDUAL LIMITED & SENIOR CITIZEN LIMITED allows unlimited golf Monday through
       Friday, and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays after 3:00 p.m.  The regular weekend greens fee rate will be
       charged for play before 3:00 p.m.  SENIOR CITIZENS must be 62 years or older.

       DRIVING RANGE allows unlimited golf balls for practice on the driving range during the golf season.

       SEASON CART FEES: 2010 Change – this allows for use of a cart from the time the course opens in early April
       thru October 31st Only. You will be required to pay for any cart use starting Nov. 1st until we close, subject to availability.
       An “Individual” cart fee is sold with the expectation that the cart will be shared with another person who must also
       have a cart fee pass or must pay for ½ of a total cart fee.  A “Family” cart fee is intended for Husband and Wife
       Members.  Golf cart prices will be $16.00 per person for 18 holes and $10.00 per person for 9 for anyone not
       purchasing the “cart fee” option with their Membership.  Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's
       license to operate a golf cart.
